CHINGFORD & WOODFORD GREEN: The constituency consists of 6 wards in the London Borough of Waltham Forest and 2 in Redbridge. Currently the Liberal Democrats have SIX councillors in the constituency - we have held 3 seats in CHURCH END ward, REDBRIDGE for many years and in May, 2006 we gained three seats from the Conservatives in HALE END & HIGHAMS PARK ward, Waltham Forest. In the same local elections, the Lib Dems came second in the overall vote in Monkhams (Redbridge) and in Valley and Chingford Green wards (Waltham Forest).
