TUBE PETITION

London Liberal Democrats will present their ‘Tube Passengers must not pay the penalty for PPP failure’ petition to Mayor Livingstone on Monday. You can still sign by clicking here.

Comments:
This is a serious question John.

If the tube users don't pay, then who does? The Taxpayer?

Somebody has to. So who?

Tell us please, before we sign that petition.

The Lib Dems proposed setting up bonds to inject finance into the Tube and opposed from the start the PPP set-up which has sadly come to grief all too soon - hence the present problems.

As I said it is a serious question, and it also seems to be one that the LibDems are not willing to face up to.
