Chingford and Woodford Green Liberal Democrats

Looks loveley..not.After visiting the plans on show at Highams park library I was surprised to see the size of the developement, exactly opposite the local Budgens supermarket..Not only is it the size of the Tesco at Charlie Browns , I was told the Green space is ''somewhere for the office workers to have a sandwich''.There is one proposed entrance for traffic going both in and out for residents,workers in the new office space and delivery vehicles.This will surely cause traffic congestion along a small but already busy road. (Incidently,I have been told the delivery lorries will be coming down Oak Hill up to 12 times a day . Well , there are weight restrictions down that hill both day and night so I would like to know how).Also , with the new proposed housing ,how will the local schools and health centre cope . They are already over-subscribed with some children having to find schools in local Walthamstow.
